Making Ways artists trip aim to support the career progression of Sheffield based visual artists, and offer artists the opportunity to see and be inspired by a wide range of artworks, network with people outside of Sheffield and widen their potential for collaboration.
Artists selected for the Code Art Fair trip in August are: Caroline Twist; David Lucas; Laura Page and Peter Griffiths.

Feedback from the recent artist trip to Liverpool identified how successful the trip was with artists stating:
‘The itinerary was fantastic and well planned. This was an inspirational visit – saw lots, met new people, visited galleries I had never been to before – More of this!‘
‘A packed itinerary. Great networking, great group dynamic. Thought provoking talks and exhibitions. Very good experience; generating ideas, ways of moving forward with practice, and making connections to opportunity.’
Artists attending the Liverpool trip were: Lisa Watts, Yuen Fong Ling; Victoria Lucas and Heliya Badakshan. The trip was led by Jeanine Griffin.
