God’s own County
Past Events
‘God’s Own County’ is a collaborative event planned and delivered by the Collaborators and The Professors: two well-established and experienced arts collectives.
We aim to deliver a six-hour projection event on the front of Weston Park Museum in Sheffield from dusk until dawn on the first day of the Yorkshire Festival.
The Professors will produce a high quality video and sound piece developed from the idea that their Yorkshire home presents a contemporary utopia.
The Collaborators will programme the remaining six hours of projection with film projects and projection pieces drawn from artists and video producers through a regional call responding to the theme of ‘God’s Own Country’.
The projection will start at 10pm
