Big Draw in Walkley

Capture the scenes and spirit of the neighbourhood where John Ruskin established St George’s Museum in 1875 to inspire the metal-workers of Sheffield. Free drawing, sculpture and making activities at 11 locations in Walkley and the Riveiln Valley at various times between 10am and 6pm.  Most activities you can just turn up, but please check website for different activity times, and to reserve places where needed. Highlights include terracotta clay frieze making, comic book creation, and a Rivelin art and poetry walk.   All suitable for adults and accompanied children. Presented by the Guild of St George with Walkley community, as part of Ruskin in Sheffield and the Big Draw Festival 2017.
