Last year the world of classical music lost one of its most imaginative and inspirational musicians. Violinist Peter Cropper will be remembered for his enormous contribution to chamber music. Locally, Peter made an enormous impact on music in our city. Through his outstanding musicianship, generosity, and enthusiasm, he truly cultivated ambition and inspired so many young performers to fulfil their potential.
